3. Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds are handled case-by-case within seven days if a course materially differs from the syllabus.
4. License to Use Content
We grant enrolled students a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal or commercial application in creating wax seal works. Redistribution is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property rights of IdealCell Atelier or others.

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee particular business outcomes. Safety guidance is provided, yet you are responsible for safe handling of heat and materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdealCell Atelier will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
